Cluster Lashes. Do I Recommend the Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions?
When it comes to my natural lashes, Mother Nature wasn’t generous. I’ve always had problems with weak, thin lashes that look barely noticeable even after applying mascara. I was dying to test DIY Eyelash Extensions as soon as I heard of them. Do I recommend them though?
The Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions are DIY cluster lashes for application at home. I know some of you may be shocked because we’re used to lash extensions being done by professionals, however, the lash clusters from Nanolash seem to be an intriguing as well as economical choice. The case includes as many as 36 premade lash clusters, and the brand promises it will be enough for even 4 uses!
DIY eyelash extension with Nanolash cluster lashes. Are they really nice and easy to apply?
I’ve been looking forward to seeing the delivery guy with my box including the DIY lash extensions. I finally got it! After unboxing Nanolash lashes, I saw a lovely case with evenly spaced lash wisps.
Note: at the brand’s official website we can also get a full eyelash extensions kit. I didn’t go for it because I already had all the essentials for DIY lash extensions. The Nanolash kit also includes a sealer, bonder, tweezers and remover. If you haven’t got such gadgets, then I recommend getting the complete set – it will make applying cluster lashes much easier.
Let’s get to the bottom line. After unboxing, I decided to face the lash application hardships right off. I was a total beginner in DIY lash extension so I read the product’s instructions carefully. The brand promises we can get our dream lashes in only 10 minutes. To provide accurate test results, I set a timer!
- I applied a layer of the bonder on lashes and let the glue sit till it gets the desired stickiness.
- I effortlessly grabbed one of the lash bundles and placed it under my lashes – more or less 1 mm away from the water line.
- I lightly pressed the cluster, and followed the same steps on the other eye.
What did the timer show? 08:56, that is less than 9 minutes! That’s exactly how long the DIY lash extension took me. In other words, we can trust the brand!
DIY lash extensions. Were they comfortable to wear?
I have super sensitive eyes and skin on the eyelids. In the past I had some minor irritations from false lashes. Beauty requires sacrifices, right? Thankfully, the DIY Eyelash Extensions are different and I was irritation-free!
After applying cluster lashes, I watched my eyes. The Nanolash wisps proved very soft, lightweight and comfortable to wear. I also liked the black, flexible band that blends with the lash line. I couldn’t tell the difference between false and real lashes.
After a day of wear, I didn’t notice any adverse reactions; no watery or puffy eyes. The DIY Eyelash Extensions are the best cluster lashes I’ve tested so far!
The Heartbreaker lash style is supposed to draw attention and provide amazing results, but it also works great for summer holidays.
Does Nanolash provide long-lasting cluster lashes?
The brand promises we can wear the lashes for up to 5 days. The Nanolash DIY Eyelash Extensions are also said to be single-use. I checked that!
Knowing how to apply lash extensions at home, I took a risk and applied my lash wisps right before a short 7-day holiday. During my time off, I tried to sleep on my back, plus cleaned and took care of my lashes. The result? They stayed in the same place after I came back home! Summing up, the cluster lashes by Nanolash can last longer than the manufacturer says!
On top of that, thanks to the adequate aftercare and the quality remover, the wisps can be used again! They keep the same shape, plus the individual hairs don’t fall down. In other words, saying that these are disposable lashes is not true.
Do I recommend the DIY Eyelash Extensions?
I hail the DIY Eyelash Extensions as the longest-lasting cluster lashes out there! At the same time, they are very delicate and soft, which is super important considering my sensitive eyes. I didn’t feel any weight wearing them – the false cluster lashes are lightweight, blending with natural hairs and providing length and volume.
DIY eyelash extension with the Nanolash cluster lashes is fast and easy. I got the most fluttery lashes in just 10 minutes!
