Hair Masks You Recommended + My Reviews
#1 Nanoil Keratin Hair Mask
Nanoil Keratin Hair Mask was the name that cropped up the most often. I totally understood the reason for its popularity once I used it for the first time. I knew it would stay with me for good. This mask is very light and easy to work through the strands. Usually I leave it in for 5 to 10 minutes but sometimes I do a home spa for hair and stretch it to 20 minutes. Still, this marvelous product works brilliantly no matter how long it stays on. Hair turns soft and shiny as soon as I dry it after rinsing. I love how manageable and easy to style my hair gets. It’s slick and resilient. The longer I use it, the stronger the hair gets. Nanoil Keratin Hair Mask gave it a strengthening and repairing boost, which I think is thanks to added hydrolyzed keratin. Panthenol, on the other hand, handles dryness and gives me deeply-moisturized hair which is additionally secured from mechanical damage. Thanks to this mask I can boast beautiful, healthy and strong hair again. I can’t skip the fact that a 300-ml jar has a shockingly low price. Wrapping up all the benefits, I rate Nanoil Keratin Hair Mask the most highly.

#2 Goldwell Kerasilk Control Intensive Smoothing Mask
Goldwell Kerasilk Control Intensive Smoothing Mask is the second most popular product from your picks. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy while placing an order. It has an exorbitant price! It’s actually the most expensive mask I’ve ever tested. Still, it does work great. Goldwell Kerasilk Control Intensive Smoothing is another mask including keratin proteins which guarantee in-depth repair. My hair loves keratin. Considering the fact that any hair type needs it, I recommend choosing hair products rich in it. Beyond keratin, Goldwell offers liquid silk which intensively smooths the hair and shields it from damage. Silk boosts shine and keeps hair from drying out. Goldwell Kerasilk Control Intensive Smoothing has a light consistency and it doesn’t drip off. It belongs to the Kerasilk line but I haven’t tested the other products yet. It’s hard to finish the 500-ml jar! Despite all benefits, I believe it’s slightly overpriced and it’s better to get a few jars of the Nanoil mask which produces similar effects. I’m definitely doing that while shopping next time.
#3 Davines Nounou Hair Mask
I was really happy to see you attach importance to the cosmetic packaging! I do too, and that’s why I wanted to buy the Davines mask. The brand’s goal is to use as little material as possible for the boxes that products come in; they’re made from recyclable plastic. We get a brilliant product and support a brand that’s environmentally friendly. I love it! The Davines Nounou Hair Mask comes in a 250-ml packaging and we can see how much of it is left (it’s transparent). It doesn’t last me long because I need to apply a lot to cover the strands evenly. Despite that, I like to reach for it from time to time, for example after the summer because it instantly moisturizes my hair. Whenever my strands get hurt by too much sun, salty sea water or hairspray then this mask is a life-saver.
#4 L’Oreal Professionnel Série Expert Nutrifier Masque
I’m fond of L’Oreal because it was the first haircare brand I’ve ever used. I was happy to see this mask in your recommendations. It’s small-sized but at the same time has a great price (the cheapest in my round-up). The manufacturer promises the product will stop dryness and give you shiny and perfectly-moisturized strands instead. Tbh, I used it for a long time but didn’t spot any fantastic results. The positive I noticed was easier brushing and anti-frizz effect. L’Oreal Professionnel Série Expert Nutrifier Masque contains coconut oil which smells wonderful but I’m aware some hairdos will rebel if you apply it. I use it as an express 3-minute conditioner because it’s too thick to keep it longer. Wrapping up, it’s a good alternative to a conditioner but I also need a more intensive mask which strengthens the hair, not merely makes it look better.
#5 Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Mask
This mask is dedicated to dry and damaged hair like mine (or like mine was, to be more precise) so I thought it would work brilliantly. I definitely liked the price. The formula is rich in macadamia oil, argan oil and tea tree oil, plus extracts from aloe and seaweeds. Such a blend should work wonders while it gave me flat, limp-looking strands… Maybe my hair is too thin. I’m not sure why the effect was so bad. I tried reducing the time of the treatment and applying less product but the overburdening effect persisted. It was a bitter disappointment. Still I didn’t give it up and started experimenting, adding it to the above masks. To my surprise it worked really cool. Added oils make other masks produce more intensive hydrating and nourishing effects. Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Mask is available in four size versions – I recommend trying the smallest one because it may weigh your strands down too (unless they’re thick or curly).
That was the list featuring the hair masks that I included in my grand test! I’m really grateful for all the suggestions and recommended products – thank you! I’m sure Nanoil Keratin Mask will stay in my bathroom for much longer, and maybe Goldwell (at least until I finish that giant packaging :D).
